About the project
Ingenia is proposing to renew current community facilities, infrastructure and housing choice within the existing Stoney Creek community at Marsden Park. As part of the proposed redevelopment, Ingenia is preparing two Development Applications (DAs) for lodgement with Blacktown City Council.
The two development applications seek approval for a new clubhouse, bowling green, outdoor recreation areas and supporting infrastructure, alongside 62 long-term residential sites, new internal roads, landscaping, stormwater improvements, emergency vehicle access and other associated works.
